HECUA is an approved study abroad provider for Augsburg students.
HECUA is an Augsburg University partner organization offering credit-earning programs in the US and abroad that examine the urgent issues of our time with a focus on social justice. Students on HECUA programs build the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to be engaged citizens and active change makers. They apply what they learn in the classroom to their work in the field and within communities. HECUA faculty and internship supervisors are co-teachers and co-learners, supporting students in exploring the link between theory and real-world practice.
Twin Cities programs, Inequality in America and Art for Social Change, as well study abroad programs to New Zealand and Northern Ireland are all approved for credit at Augsburg.
