Food Information

Breakfast

  • Seasonal fruit platter, variety of individual yogurts, an assortment of granola bars, hard boiled eggs, freshly baked breakfast breads, served with whipped butter, assorted pastries, orange juice, freshly brewed coffee, hot tea and iced water.

Lunch Sandwich Options

  • Butternut squash and cranberry chicken wrap salad: spinach tortilla wrap, mixed greens, goat cheese, chopped walnuts, caramelized squash, dried cranberries, julienne chicken breast drizzled with white balsamic dressing
  • Vegetable tortilla wrap with chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, zucchini, red onion, cucumber, mushrooms, green pepper
  • Turkey, roast beef, and ham with cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on ciabatta
  • Club house, turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, served on hoagie bun
  • All Choices Include: Chips, Cookie, Piece of whole fresh fruit, Mayo and mustard packets, Canned soda or water

*Due to catering requirements, those registering after noon 1/2/2019 will have a choice of the Vegetable wrap or Turkey, Roast beef, and Ham sandwiches.
